Job Title Collection Executive Location Ankleshwar Gujarat Company Khushbu Auto Finance Ltd KAFL Company Overview Khushbu Auto Finance Ltd KAFL is a Non-Banking Financial Company NBFC specializing in vehicle finance particularly for three-wheelers Incorporated in 1994 KAFL is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Atul Auto Ltd a leading three-wheeler manufacturer With over 100 branches across 14 states and strong presence in Gujarat and Bihar KAFL operates as the captive financing arm of Atul Auto Ltd offering reliable and customer-focused financial services - Collection Executive Key Responsibilities Execute daily field collections for EMI recovery from customers Visit customer locations to follow up on overdue payments and ensure timely collection Maintain strong customer relations to reduce delinquency and improve recovery efficiency Coordinate with the branch team for NACH cash and cheque collections Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of collection activities Follow escalation protocols in case of non-payment or skip cases Identify high-risk accounts and report to the Collection Team Leader Branch Manager Handle repossession processes as per company guidelines if required Maintain collection MIS and share daily reports with the branch Key Skills Required Strong communication and persuasion skills Basic understanding of loan EMI recovery processes Ability to handle field collections independently Customer handling and negotiation skills Basic knowledge of local geography Ankleshwar region preferred Qualifications Experience Minimum 12th Pass Graduate preferred 0-3 years of experience in field collections preferably in NBFC Banking Auto Finance Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 13 000 00 - 19 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
