Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Architect(equivalent to Microsoft Staff Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimisation of scalable, high-performance web and cloud applications. You will define end-to-end architecture, drive technical excellence, and mentor engineering teams while ensuring best practices in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Angular, Node.js, and cloud-native development This role requires deep expertise in frontend & backend systems, micro-services, DevOps, and security to deliver enterprise-grade solutions Key Responsibilities Architectural Leadership & Strategy - Define full-stack architecture for scalable, performant, and secure web applications. - Lead POCs, RFCs, and design reviews for critical initiatives. - Evaluate and recommend modern tech stacks(React vs. Angular, Node.js vs. . NET Core). - Drivemicro-services, serverless, and event-driven architectures - Ensure SLA compliance(99.99% uptime, low-latency APIs, CI/CD automation). Frontend Engineering Excellence - Architect high-performance SPAs usingReact/Angular, TypeScript, and modern CSS (Tailwind/SASS) - OptimizeWeb Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS)for SEO and UX. - Implement state management(Redux, NgRx, React Query). - Ensure cross-browser & mobile responsiveness Backend & Cloud-Native Development - DesignRESTful & GraphQL APIs in Node.js, Express, NestJS - Build real-time systems(WebSockets, Server-Sent Events). - Optimise database performance(PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis). - Deploy serverless & containerised apps(AWS Lambda, Docker, Kubernetes). DevOps & Observability - Lead CI/CD pipelines(GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI). - Implement IaC (Terraform)for cloud provisioning. - Configure monitoring & logging(Datadog, New Relic, ELK Stack). - Enforce security best practices(OWASP, CSP, JWT/OAuth 2.0). Mentorship & Engineering Culture - Mentor senior & junior engineers in full-stack best practices. - Conduct code reviews, architecture guilds, and tech talks - Foster innovation through hackathons and R&D initiatives Required Technical Stack - Frontend - React, Angular, TypeScript, HTML5/CSS3 Tailwind/SASS - Backend - Python, Golang, Java, Node.js, Express, NestJS, GraphQL, REST APIs - Databases - PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Firebase - Cloud & DevOps - AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform - CI/CD - GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI - Testing - Jest, Cypress, Playwright - Security - OAuth 2.0 JWT, CSP, OWASP Top 10 Qualifications & Soft Skills - 15+ years in full-stack development, 5+ years in an architect or staff engineer role. - Expertise in React/Angular & Node.js at scale(1M+ users). - Proven experience in cloud-native architectures(AWS/Azure/GCP). - Strong leadership in Agile/DevOps practices. - Excellent communication for stakeholder alignment
