Job Summary: The Car Sales Executive is responsible for driving vehicle sales, building strong customer relationships, and providing an exceptional showroom experience. This role involves consulting customers, presenting vehicle features, and assisting with financing and documentation to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional manner. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles. Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives. Explain features, specifications, and pricing to customers. Prepare and process sales documentation and finance applications. Follow up with prospective and existing customers to generate leads. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with showroom staff to ensure a smooth delivery process. Maintain a database of customers for future promotions and sales. Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1–3 years experience in car sales or related retail sales. Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented attitude with professional presentation. Knowledge of automobile products and features is a plus.
