Responsibilities - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to customers - Manage and lead a team of branch personnel, including tellers, customer service representatives, and other operational staff - Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency - Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements - Collaborate with other departments and teams within the organization to align branch activities with the overall business objectives - Analyze branch data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions - Provide training and development opportunities for branch staff to enhance their skills and knowledge - Foster a positive and customer-centric work environment within the branch Requirements - Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry - Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service - Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret and act on key performance indicators - Demonstrated experience in implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiency - Thorough understanding of banking regulations, policies, and procedures - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues Apply Now We offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.
