About the Role As a Java Governance Analyst you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining governance frameworks standards and processes related to Java usage within the organization Your role will ensure compliance efficiency and cost control in Java-based initiatives Responsibilities Develop and implement governance policies standards and best practices related to Java technology Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with organization s governance policies and standards Optimize and streamline Java usage across the organization Analyze user and license data on a regular basis and prepare management reports Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure compliance with Java governance standards Identify and highlight non-compliance and drive required actions to streamline Collaborate with development teams to provide governance-related guidance QualificationsKey Skills Required Understanding of Java development and architecture Knowledge of IT governance principles compliance frameworks and best practices Ability to communicate and influence stakeholders on governance matters Proactive approach to driving governance initiatives Attention to detail and analytical skills Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint capability Desirable Skills Experience in implementing governance tools and processes Knowledge of risk management and mitigation in software projects Educational Qualifications Master s degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field Additional certifications in software governance or related areas are advantageous Schedule Full-time Req 008ZKA
