About Position:

We are hiring a project manager with hands on experience in Project Management, Problem Solving, Risk Management.

What You'll Do:

- Overall Project Ownership and Governance:
- Serve as the primary leader and owner of the project's success.
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with project goals, quality standards, and timelines.
- Managerial expertise to lead a cross functional team
- Project Management:
- Lead project execution from inception to delivery, adhering to Agile methodologies.
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, risks, and success criteria.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
- Act as the main interface between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals.
- Translate technical discussions into business insights for stakeholders and vice versa.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- Leadership & Governance: Strong experience in leading projects and establishing governance frameworks. Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
- Scrum Master Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile principles, experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and tracking sprint metrics.
- Collaboration: Strong track record of fostering a collaborative culture and building trust with stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Lead project execution from inception to delivery, adhering to Agile methodologies.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
