As a successful family-owned company on a path to global growth the Brose Group offers challenging responsibilities and exciting career opportunities to performance-driven skilled specialists with solid professional knowledge and proven career expertise who wish to contribute to our company s success Your tasks Supports the management of the whole supply chain from Import material planning inward through internal External logistics until well-balanced stock control Manage the movement of products equipment material in or out of county in accordance with organization and Government rules Create and maintain an SAP based system to manage and execute material receiving warehouse processes Support the plant with accurate material planning in view of timely availability of material Imports exactly as per the norms with control of Inventory Manage the necessary documentation and online forms for the efficient cost effective and lawful execution of all imports Communicate with export and import and related authorities and customs and suppliers In all relevant territories Supplier management - co - ordinating with Import suppliers following the complete purchase cycle from material planning to final payment to the suppliers as per agreed payment terms Keep close watch on the LO costs define actions for the optimization reduction by new ideas concepts To Liaison with customs broker freight forwarders and customs for clearance of import Export shipments To Liaison with DGFT authorities for refund of tax claims Fixation of drawbacks Advance authorization EPCG Licenses etc To control accuracy in shipping bills Bill of entry filing claiming incentives duty payments To prepare pre-export documentation keep monitor shipment till delivery To maintain records of import shipments follow up with CHA timely duty processing and clearance under duty benefit scheme To maintain the customs record as per the retention period of the customs To maintain customs data and circulate MIS reports To manage pre post formalities with respect to exports and imports To analyze prepare refund claim applications for special rate of drawback application utilization monitoring and redemption of Advance Authorization EPCG license drawback scheme etc Preparation application representation for GSP certificate of origin etc as required by customer Consignee Support the complete supply chain contributing on time inward with complete internal control system adherence Design standardize and follow the logistics planning processes and releases to pertinent parties Maintain timeliness accuracy in documentation related to dispatched to customers - Local exports with post shipment documentation SAP transactions reports to enable preparation of MIS data Co-ordinate with Forwarder CHA in order to achieve balance in the value chain Your Profile Diploma Mechanical BE Mechanical B Com MBA with specialization in Exim with 3-5 years of experience in automotive industry SEA and AIR Import Knowledge of IATF 16949 Ability to perform under pressure situations Strong communication skills multitasking ability Brose offers a high-tech work environment and a wide range of benefits Along with competitive performance-based compensation and health insurance our employees also benefit from attractive social and family-oriented programs throughout our North American locations Our benefits packages include comprehensive medical and insurance Brose also provides educational assistance and a variety of community outreach family and sporting events Flexible working hours and a collaborative work environment give our employees the freedom to balance work and personal life Brose believes in investing in people We offer a wide range of development programs with great opportunity for individual growth through training international or regional assignments and tailored career paths Our objective is to provide our employees the tools necessary to live a balanced life experience a rewarding work environment and contribute to our surrounding communities Benefits package may vary slightly per location
