Job Description Responsibilities The primary responsibility of the role includes (but is not limited to): - Lead and manage complex global projects in Power electronics domain - Possess strong knowledge in the end-to-end product development lifecycle specific to power electronics products and systems. - Demonstrated ability to comprehend and integrate diverse functional domains for project delivery—such as Electrical, Firmware, Mechanical, Regulatory, Industrialization, and Supply Chain - Drive cross-functional teams to deliver project outcomes on time, within budget, and to defined quality standards - Proactively Anticipate project risks, conduct risk management sessions, and implement mitigation strategies. - Prepare and manage project budgets and align with financial controllers - Work with Industrialization and supply chain team to transfer the product to manufacturing - Provide leadership and decision-making support in complex project scenarios. - Drive continuous improvement in project execution and team performance. - Mentor junior project managers and contribute to best practices. What qualifications will make you successful for this role - Desired Qualifications / Requirements - BE/B Tech Electrical/ Electronics/Mechanical - Must be PMP certified, CSM/PSM certification is added advantage - Minimum 5 years of hands-on project management experience - Minimum 10 years of experience in working with R&D or Product development domain - Proven track record in handling complex global projects - Good Analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills. - Excellent oral & written communication in English.
