Role: Global Operations Head – Insurance (UK Market) Location: Noida, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru & Gurugram Work Model: Work From Office Shift: UK Hours We are inviting applications for the role of Global Operations Head – Insurance (UK Market). This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing large-scale Insurance Operations. The position demands strategic vision, operational rigor, and deep domain expertise in P&C Insurance and UK Market processes. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end Insurance Operations and Service Delivery with full P&L accountability. - Drive transformation and digital initiatives, leveraging automation, GenAI, and Lean Six Sigma frameworks. - Engage with global clients to understand business priorities, address challenges, and deliver measurable outcomes. - Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams while fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and accountability. - Ensure operational excellence through effective governance, SLA adherence, and continuous improvement. - Strengthen client partnerships, enhance customer experience, and drive revenue growth. - Collaborate across functions and geographies to align operations with broader business goals. Required Skills & Experience: - Strong background in P&C Insurance Operations with hands-on exposure to UK Market underwriting. - Proven leadership experience managing large, multi-location teams and complex client portfolios. - Demonstrated success in Operations, Service Delivery, Transformation, and P&L Management. - Strong understanding of GenAI, digital enablement, and automation in operations. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills. - Ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed environment and lead through influence.
