We're now looking for a Paid Ads Specialist to lead Meta and Google ad campaigns for multiple clients from ad creation to conversion optimization. If you're data-driven, creative, and AI-fluent, we'd love to talk. What You'll Do Core Responsibilities - Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns - Set up and manage conversion tracking, attribution models, and custom events (Tag Manager, GA4, Facebook Pixel, etc.) - Own budget allocation and ROAS-driven performance reporting across accounts - Continuously test and optimize creatives, landing pages, and audience segments - Collaborate with creative and SEO teams to align ad strategy with full-funnel marketing plans Bonus Opportunities - Experiment with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other high-ROI channels - Influence client media strategy and improve creative testing systems - Support launch campaigns for brand-new offers and services Must-Have Qualifications - 24 years experience running successful Meta and Google Ads campaigns - Deep knowledge of performance marketing, CRO, and attribution - Proven ability to hit ROAS targets and scale ad spend intelligently - Strong understanding of conversion funnels, retargeting strategies, and ad creative principles - Comfortable with tools like Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Events Manager, and similar - Excellent written and verbal communication skills clarity matters here What Makes You Stand Out - Experience working with AI tools and prompt engineering (we'll train you, but interest and experience are a big plus) - Past success managing eComm, B2B, or multi-location campaigns - Can think like both a growth hacker and a strategist - You work fast, test faster, and document everything clearly - Agency experience What It's Like to Work at Tabula - We're a small, senior team with a high-performance, low-politics culture - You'll be given autonomy, training, and strategic mentorship - You'll get to play with cutting-edge AI tools and contribute to agency-wide innovation - We value honest communication, execution speed, and long-term thinking - We work from home.
