Job Overview Toprankers is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Judiciary. The SME will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality content and providing guidance for Judiciary exam preparation. This role involves conducting both offline and online classes, developing study materials, and ensuring that students are fully prepared for their exams. The SME will also contribute to curriculum development and support students throughout their learning journey in the Judiciary Gold program. Location - Delhi Key Responsibilities - Content Creation: Develop and update comprehensive study materials (notes, mock tests, practice questions) designed for Judiciary exam preparation. - Offline & Online Sessions: Conduct both in-office offline classes and live online sessions, including doubt-clearing and interactive discussions, for students in the Judiciary Gold program. - Curriculum Development: Assist in designing and updating the curriculum to ensure alignment with the latest exam trends and patterns. - Student Support: Provide expert guidance on Judiciary exam-related queries, preparation strategies, and academic concerns. - Performance Monitoring: Track student progress, identify areas for improvement, and offer tailored solutions to boost exam readiness. - Feedback & Improvement: Collect feedback from students on session effectiveness and suggest improvements to enhance the learning experience. - Industry Updates: Stay informed about changes in Judiciary exams, legal developments, and relevant laws to ensure content accuracy. - Collaboration: Work closely with the academic team, product managers, and counselors to improve the overall quality of the student experience. Skills & Qualifications - Experience: 2-4 years of experience as a subject matter expert, teacher, or mentor for Judiciary exam preparation. - Educational Background: A Law degree (LLB or equivalent); additional qualifications in law or related fields are an advantage. - Strong Legal Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Judiciary exams, including the syllabus, exam patterns, and current legal developments. - Communication Skills: Excellent ability to explain complex legal topics in an easy-to-understand manner, both in offline and online settings. - Content Development: Experience in creating effective study materials, mock exams, and practice questions. - Engaging Teaching Style: Comfort with conducting both offline and online live classes that are interactive and engaging. - Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly address student concerns and provide actionable solutions. - Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with digital teaching platforms and tools used for online education.
