Position Title: Lead C++ Developer Summary: As a Lead C++ Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of C++ and low latency coding, be proficient in low level design, and possess a passion for delivering high-quality code. You will work on building low latency frameworks, processing large amount of real time data, and building scalable automated trading platforms. Job Responsibilities: The position holder shall be responsible for: - Design and develop low-latency trading software in C++ for medium-frequency and high-frequency trading systems. - Optimize code and algorithms for maximum performance, minimal latency, and efficient resource utilization - Implement robust low-latency frameworks and infrastructure components - Work closely with the quantitative research team to understand and translate trading strategies into code. - Collaborate with other developers to integrate new features and enhancements into existing systems. - Troubleshoot and debug issues in production environments. - Explore and adopt new technologies that can improve trading efficiency and execution quality. - Stay abreast of advancements in trading technology and implement improvements to enhance efficiency. Knowledge, Competency and Skills requirement: - Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms. - Experience with database management systems. - Passion for financial markets. - Entrepreneurial, enterprising and an agile mindset. - Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and show exceptional prowess at managing large impact situations. - Familiarity with security principles and best practices in financial software development - Keen to learn, hungry for growth. - Flexibility to work independently and as a part of the team. - Strong quantitative aptitude and high EQ.
