We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team The ideal candidate will be involved in all phases of a project from initial design to final construction You ll work on diverse projects collaborating with clients engineers and construction teams to bring innovative and functional designs to life The Architect will be responsible for creating design plans preparing construction documents and managing project timelines and budgets Key Responsibilities Design and Development Develop design concepts and prepare construction drawings specifications and renderings Project Management Manage projects from conception to completion ensuring they are completed on time and within budget Client Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for clients addressing their needs and providing regular project updates Collaboration Work with a team of engineers contractors and other professionals to ensure project success SALARY Best in industry Compliance Ensure all designs and construction plans adhere to building codes safety regulations and zoning laws Site Visits Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure construction aligns with the design Qualifications Education Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture Experience 1 or 2 years of experience in an architectural role Technical Skills Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD Revit SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite Soft Skills Strong communication problem-solving and project management skills Portfolio A portfolio showcasing a range of professional work Salary Best in industry Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
