About the opportunity we offer: Job Description - Supports qualification process governance. - Supports development of SQ processes, procedures and tools. - Oversees and/or leads the execution of Supplier qualification activities on up to critical Suppliers, supports Supplier development activities. - Communicate quality standards and requirements to suppliers - Maintain records of supplier performance and compliance. - Participate in cross-functional team meetings for issue resolution. - Develop and update quality inspection procedures and criteria. - Supports Supplier Feedback Reporting, supports analysis of performance (indicators). - Participates in continuous improvement of SQ processes and tools. - Oversees and/or leads proactive Supplier performance engagement activities of assigned suppliers and their products/services - Analyzes performance (indicators) and takes a lead role in proposing corrective or improvement actions (involving other functions as necessary) and reports. - Coordinates reporting to Global Sourcing and Procurement Team - Executes coordination autonomously, under limited or no supervision, for high-criticality materials - Ability to manage qualification campaigns, coordinating other SQ Coordinators - End to end deliverables for supplier quality management activities as per the delegated task from the business partner. About you: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or related field. - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supplier quality management or a related role. - Proficiency in quality management principles, methodologies, and tools. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of root cause analysis techniques. - Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to develop and implement corrective actions and improvement plans. - Proficiency in using quality management software and tools. - Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities. - Experience with supplier evaluations and initial quality assessments. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. - Experience in providing training and support on quality standards and practices. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Open for 24*7 shifts Your career with us: Working at Technip Energies is an inspiring journey, filled with groundbreaking projects and dynamic collaborations.
