Role - HR Officer Qualifiaction - MBA or BBA - HR Experience - 6 to 8 Years Package - 5 to 6 LPA Location - Soniyana Bhilwara RJ Industries - Chemical Agrochemical Job Type - Full Time Key Responsibilities Assist in recruitment and onboarding of workers staff and contract employees as per manpower requirements Maintain and update employee records attendance leave and payroll inputs in coordination with the accounts payroll team Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws including PF ESI minimum wages contract labor and factory rules Manage office time activities including biometric attendance shift rosters and overtime records Coordinate training and development programs including safety inductions and skill enhancement Address employee grievances disciplinary issues and maintain healthy industrial relations at the plant Liaise with contractors for labor management documentation and compliance tracking Prepare reports for HR metrics such as attrition absenteeism overtime etc and present them to management Support performance appraisal process and maintain personnel evaluation records Organize employee welfare activities safety days health camps and maintain a positive work environment Key Skills Competencies Good understanding of labor laws statutory compliance and factory-related HR practices Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with workers supervisors and management Proficiency in MS Office Excel and HRMIS tools experience with HR software ERP preferred Ability to handle confidential data responsibly and professionally Problem-solving attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Fluency in English and local language s preferred for effective communication Education Graduate or Postgraduate in HR Personnel Management Industrial Relations or equivalent Experience 4-6 years of relevant HR experience preferably in manufacturing or process industry Fertilizer Feed Food Pharma etc Certifications Preferred Diploma in Labor Laws Industrial Relations or related fields Willing to work full-time at the plant project location Flexible to handle multiple shifts especially during peak operations or shutdowns Familiarity with handling contract labor unions or IR-sensitive environments is an advantage Job Type Full-time Pay 45 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Education Master s Required Experience Plant HR 6 years Required HR Officer 5 years Required Work Location In person
