At SCIEX one of 15 operating companies our work saves lives and we re all united by a shared commitment to innovate for tangible impact You ll thrive in a culture of belonging where you and your unique viewpoint matter And by harnessing Danaher s system of continuous improvement you help turn ideas into impact - innovating at the speed of life As part of SCIEX you will help to influence life changing research and outcomes while accelerating your potential For more than 50 years we have been empowering our customers to solve the most impactful analytical challenges in quantitation and characterization through ground-breaking innovation and outstanding reliability and support You will be part of a winning team enabled by DBS that is passionate about helping life science experts around the world get to answers they can trust Learn about the which makes everything possible The Environmental Health Safety EHS and Facilities Specialist is responsible for Compliance Regulatory Oversight Risk Management Emergency Preparedness Manage EHS tracking via Benchmark Gensuite for chemical material purchases alongside facility Management Specialist responsibilities that includes Inventory Management AMC Renewals as well as SCIEX Facility Asset Management This position reports to the Head-Application Support and is part of the SCIEX s Centre of Excellence Lab located in Bangalore and will be an on-site role In this role you will have the opportunity to Function as Environmental Health and Safety EHS Coordinator The role involves ensuring adherence to compliance s with all applicable Environmental Health and Safety EHS regulations The role requires proactively identifying potential workplace hazards and implementing effective corrective actions to mitigate risks The role involves maintaining and regularly updating the internal EHS tracking platform Benchmark Gensuite specifically for chemical and material purchases related to demo lab activities focused on developing and delivering comprehensive EHS training programs including onboarding sessions refresher courses and specialized training modules Inventory Management and Record Keeping for Lab Supplies AMC Renewals Managing the end-to-end process of inventory ordering Purchase Order and control ensuring timely procurement of required materials and chemicals for laboratory and operational needs Responsible for timely renewal of AMCs and or CMCs for UPS PACs Air Compressors and Gas Generator etc SCIEX Assets Management Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of SCIEX LC-MS MS instruments allocated for demo lab activities including those deployed at customer sites for demonstrations Tracking inventory movement usage history and location status ensuring proper documentation and alignment with internal asset management protocols The essential requirements of the job include Bachelor s or Master s degree in Environmental Science Occupational Health and Safety Engineering Facility Management or a related field Minimum 3-5 years of experience in EHS coordination or related roles Knowledge of EHS management systems and standards ability to prepare and maintain detailed safety and compliance documentation Travel Motor Vehicle Record Physical Environment Requirements if applicable for role This is an on-site position with no regular travel involved except occasional visits to government bodies or regulatory agencies as needed It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in EHS coordination and facility management SCIEX a Danaher operating company offers a broad array of comprehensive competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives Whether it s a health care program or paid time off our programs contribute to life beyond the job Check out our benefits at Join our winning team today Together we ll accelerate the real-life impact of tomorrow s science and technology We partner with customers across the globe to help them solve their most complex challenges architecting solutions that bring the power of science to life For more information visit
