Qualification:
- B.E. / M.E. in Civil Engineering, Water Resources, or Environmental Engineering
- 25 years/5-10 years of relevant experience in hydraulic design and engineering
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Hydraulic Engineer / Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the design and analysis of water supply, drainage, and stormwater systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and execute the hydraulic design of water supply, wastewater, and stormwater drainage systems.
- Prepare and review design calculations, reports, and technical drawings.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage design activities across multiple projects.
- Carry out cost estimation and quantity take-offs for hydraulic systems.
- Perform hydraulic modeling and simulations using Bentley software (e.g., WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, StormCAD).
- Ensure timely preparation of design documentation, project reports, and submission packages.
- Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and government authorities to discuss project progress, approvals, and technical presentations.
- Support in securing necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of hydraulic principles and municipal infrastructure design.
- Proficiency in Bentley software tools (WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, StormCAD) is mandatory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
