Job Overview We are seeking a Junior Team Lead to join our team in Bangalore. This full-time position requires a dynamic individual who is experienced in managing teams and projects within the BPO industry. The candidate will be expected to lead their team to achieve and surpass key performance metrics while maintaining a positive work environment. Qualifications and Skills - Leadership development is crucial as the role demands nurturing the skills and potential of team members (Mandatory skill). - Performance management skills to evaluate, monitor, and enhance the team's productivity and efficiency (Mandatory skill). - Strong decision-making abilities are essential for resolving issues and guiding the team (Mandatory skill). - Project management skills are necessary for planning and executing various team initiatives effectively. - Conflict resolution skills to handle and mediate disputes to maintain a harmonious workplace. - Proficiency in agile methodologies to enhance the team's adaptability to changes and sector demands. - Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information and influence team dynamics. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis to support decision-making processes. Roles and Responsibilities - Lead and motivate a team to achieve and exceed business goals and performance metrics. - Manage and distribute workloads effectively to maintain consistent team operation. - Monitor the team's performance regularly, providing feedback and development plans. - Facilitate communication between team members and management to ensure alignment. - Identify team training needs and work to implement development plans. - Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold service quality standards. - Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains. - Manage conflict resolution within the team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
