Job Description 1. SAP S/4HANA PP Implementation & Support: - Configure and customize the SAP PP module to align with business requirements. - Assist inSAP S/4HANA implementation project. - Provideend-to-end supportfor SAP PP-related issues and enhancements. 1. Production Planning & Execution: - Understand and implementMaster Data Management (BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Production Versions, Material Master, etc.). - ConfigureDemand Management, MRP (Material Requirement Planning), Capacity Planning, andShop Floor Control. - SupportDiscrete manufacturing as per the business requirement. 1. Business Process Analysis & Optimization: - Work closely with business stakeholders togather requirements and provide SAP-based solutions. - Conductgap analysis and suggest process improvementsin SAP PP. 1. Integration with Other Modules: - Collaborate withSAP MM, SD, QM, WTY and EWMteams for cross-functional processes. - Ensure smoothintegration of PP with Finance & Controlling (FICO). 1. Issue Resolution & Enhancements: - Analyze and resolveSAP PP incidentsand provide root cause analysis. - Develop functional specifications forcustom developments (RICEFW)and work with ABAP developers. 1. User Training & Documentation: - Preparetraining materialsand conduct sessions for end-users. - Maintain systemdocumentation, SOPs, and process workflows. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 8-10 years of experience in SAP PP module(implementation & support). - Hands-on experience inProduction Planning (PP), Material Requirement Planning (MRP), Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Control, and Demand Management. - Strong knowledge ofSAP PP Master Data Management(BOM, Routing, Work Centers). - Experience inhandling PP integration with SAP MM, SD, QM, and FICO. - Good understanding ofautomobile industry processes. - Experience inSAP S/4HANAis a must. - Ability toanalyze and troubleshootSAP PP-related issues. - Experience increating functional specificationsfor custom developments. - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
