In this role as a ProductArchitect,you'll be responsible for blueprint of the software including structure and UML diagrams, create technical documentation such as design and architectural diagrams, work with technical teams to ensure high quality software development and provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering team members.You willalsobe responsible for interacting with stakeholders to refine product requirements and identify business needs.Inadditionyou will be responsible for ensuring that the products comply security standards, data privacy regulations and industry best practices.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Perform design,development,and support of existing and new products.
- Understand product vision and business needs to define product requirements and product architectural solutions.
- Develop architectural and design principles to improve performance, capacity, and scalability of product.
- Work with Product Manager in planning and execution of new product releases.
- Consult business management team to clarify objectives and functional requirements for new or modified products.
- Work with domain, product management and product engineering teams in the solution engineering efforts.
- Work with pre-sales and product management teams in solution demonstrations.
- Maintain product roadmap and architectural standards that assure product development projects optimally align with business objectives.
- Define product validation policiesso as todeliver products that meet system and project expectations.
- Facilitate the creation, review, and signoff ofproject deliverables.
- Provide support for production escalations and problem resolution for customers.
- Assist technical team with issues needing technical expertise or complex systems knowledge.
- Develop broad knowledge about current and future product features.
- Analysemarket segments and customer base to develop market solutions.

Required Skills:

- Designing user interaction models,workflows,and user interfaces
- Aware of BPMN 2.0, UML,ArchiMateand TOGAF Frameworks
- Certification on TOGAF or any Architecture discipline is preferred.
- Integrating internal and external product design into a cohesive user experience
- Creating prototypes and authoring detailed interaction specifications
- Working with user experience researchers to design and observe usability studies.
- Translating usability and field research findings into design improvements
- Working with visual designers to improve and refine product visual design and consistency.
- Successfully communicating conceptual ideas and design rationale
- Experience & knowledge of agile methodology
- Self-motivated and initiative personality with acan-doattitude and the ability to learn quickly.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelors degree (BE, BTech, BCA, BSc Comp.)or Skill Certification such as CDAC etc.
- 15+years Experience in a fast-paced technology products or services organization
- Should be comfortable working as an individual contributor.
- Good communication skillsshould be a team player & self-learner.
- Ability to manage / support multiple priorities.
- Strong creative thinking ability to always come with impactful and unique ideas.
- Ability to adapt to the evolving needs of the organization, in a fast-paced agile setup.
