Job Title: DevOps Engineer (Basis +SAP HANA) What You'll Do As a DevOps Engineer for ERP CDX Cloud Delivery Service Engineering & Delivery, you will be part of a high-performing team managing the Provisioning Application lifecycle for the products of S/4HANA Cloud (public) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP). Your role and responsibilities will be manifold - you will take part: - in requirement discussions - will do technical validations of automations - act as the channel to the Co-leads for potential improvements - and provide insides on the overall status of rolled-out processes such as failure rates, runtime and more - ensuring high quality standards of the products - in driving initiatives & topics within the Provisioning area to further improve the customer experience What You Bring - SAP HANA / HANA Cloud: Hands on experience with setup, monitoring and optimization - Operating System (OS) Knowledge (Primary Linux - SAP Software Lifecycle Tools: Proficient in Software Provisioning Manager (SWPM) and related utilities - Experience with Hyperscalers: (MS Azure, GoogleCloudPlatform (GCP), Alicloud, AmazonWebServices (AWS)) - SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP:) Experience with provisioning, integration and extension scenarios - SPC (Service Provider Cockpit) Automation/Provisioning Know-How - Strong methodological and conceptual skills paired with analytical thinking - Proven ability to work and lead in cross-architectural and delivery teams - Capability to influence without formal authority - Communication and interpersonal skills - Cultural awareness and intercultural competencies - Ability to build trusted relationships with key stakeholders - Decision-making and can-do attitude - Persistence, self-motivation and willingness to work under pressure - Project management and Presentation skills Where You Belong We at ERP Cloud Delivery are accountable to deliver secure and reliable cloud services to our SAP S/4HANA Cloud, public edition and Integrated Business Planning customers globally.
