Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Training Assistant to support our German language training operations at our Noida Extension center. The role combines teaching one daily online batch of 10 students and assisting the lead trainer with key operational and academic tasks. This position offers the opportunity to grow in a high-performance, startup environment while making a meaningful impact on students’ careers.

Key Responsibilities
1. Teaching
• Conduct one online batch of 10 students (from the office) focused on A1–B1 level German training.
• Deliver engaging lessons, monitor student participation, and support students’ progression toward higher levels.
2. Trainer Support & Operational Assistance
• Assist the main trainer with:
• Attendance management and record keeping.
• Homework supervision and completion tracking.
• Exam preparation, including mock tests and practice sessions.
• Doubt-solving sessions to reinforce learning.

Candidate Requirements
• Certification: Minimum B1 in German or equivalent qualification (Bachelor’s degree in German preferred).
• Experience: 1–2 years of teaching or academic support experience in a competitive or structured environment (language institute, coaching center, etc.).
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Organized, dependable, and passionate about student success.
