Job Description: Senior Design Manager

Experience Required: 12-15 years

Overview: The Design Manager oversees design teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and operational excellence. This role involves project management, team collaboration, and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Management: Supervise Deputy Managers who lead teams of 4-5 designers, fostering collaboration and creativity.
- Client Interaction: Meet with clients to understand needs and present design concepts.
- Quality Assurance: Review designs for consistency and adherence to processes.
- Mentorship: Guide and evaluate team members, providing constructive feedback.
- Problem-Solving: Address challenges and facilitate conflict resolution.
- Communication: Effectively share updates and insights with stakeholders.
- Site Visits: Conduct site visits as needed to ensure design implementation.
- Achieving targets: Ensuring projects follow a strict timeline in design to ensure monthly deliverables are met by the teams.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in design, Architecture, or related field.
- Proven experience in design management with a strong portfolio.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
