Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Admission Counselor. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for guiding aspiring students through the admission process, responding to inquiries, and providing detailed information about courses, eligibility criteria, and admission requirements. This role involves engaging with prospective applicants, addressing their doubts and concerns, and supporting them through the application process. The counselor will collaborate with the admissions team to meet enrollment targets and maintain a high standard of service in addressing inquiries from students and their families. Qualifications - Strong interpersonal communication skills and effective verbal and written communication abilities. - Customer service skills to address and resolve inquiries patiently and professionally. - Experience in sales or education-related roles would be an advantage. - Ability to work collaboratively within a team and achieve enrollment objectives. - Passion for working with students and helping them make informed decisions about their education. - Knowledge of the management education domain and trends is a plus.
