Spoken English Teacher

Overview As a Spoken English Teacher you will be responsible for designing and delivering effective spoken English courses to students of varying proficiency levels Your primary goal will be to improve students conversational English skills fluency pronunciation and confidence in speaking You will create engaging lesson plans employ various teaching methodologies and provide constructive feedback to help students enhance their communication abilities Key Responsibilities Curriculum Development Design and develop comprehensive spoken English curricula tailored to different proficiency levels and learning objectives Select appropriate teaching materials resources and multimedia tools to supplement course content and enhance learning outcomes Lesson Planning and Delivery Prepare and deliver dynamic and interactive English language lessons that focus on speaking listening pronunciation and vocabulary acquisition Utilize a variety of teaching techniques activities and instructional strategies to engage students and promote active participation Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to practice speaking English confidently Assessment and Feedback Assess students speaking skills through oral presentations discussions role-plays and other speaking tasks Provide constructive feedback to students on their language use pronunciation grammar and fluency and offer guidance for improvement Administer periodic assessments and progress evaluations to track students development and adjust teaching strategies as needed Individualized Instruction Identify individual learning needs and learning styles of students and adapt teaching approaches accordingly Offer personalized support and additional assistance to students who require extra help in improving their spoken English proficiency Classroom Management Establish clear expectations for behavior and participation in the classroom and maintain a positive and respectful learning environment Manage classroom dynamics effectively address student concerns and resolve conflicts as they arise Professional Development Stay abreast of current trends best practices and advancements in English language teaching methodologies Participate in professional development activities workshops and conferences to enhance teaching skills and knowledge Qualifications Bachelor s degree in English Linguistics Education or a related field A TESOL TEFL certification is preferred Proven experience in teaching English as a second language particularly in spoken English instruction Strong command of the English language with native or near-native proficiency Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills Ability to motivate and inspire students to actively engage in language learning Patience empathy and a genuine passion for teaching and helping students succeed Additional Requirements Familiarity with language learning technology and digital tools for instructional purposes Flexibility to work with diverse student populations in various settings including language institutes schools or online platforms Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues and administrators Willingness to adapt to changing educational needs and implement innovative teaching strategies Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Life insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Education Master s Required Experience Teaching 3 years Required total work 3 years Required Language English Required Work Location In person
