We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Systems Administrator

In this role, you will:

- The job holder is responsible for technical delivery of 24x7 production support to Windows servers and MSSQL DB.
- Identify automation and Self-Healing opportunities to reduce manual efforts and standardise processes.
- Ability to operate and maintain Windows OS platforms, with a focus on debugging, automation, availability, performance, and scale.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex distributed systems and handle crisis calls.
- Work and collaborate across teams, such as Applications, Hardware, Microsoft, Network etc.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

- Strong experience in Windows and MSSQL DB.
- Any Graduate preferably BE / BCA / MCA and Microsoft certified.
- Experienced in Windows OS Troubleshooting, Performance Monitoring, Disk Administration and Windows Clustering.
- Experienced in MS SQL Database Server administration.
- Knowledge on MS SQL Databases Always On Groups, Mirroring & Replication
- Hardware Administration - HP/IBM/Dell/Lenovo
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Storage, Netbackup and Antivirus agent Troubleshooting.
- Exposure to ServiceNow and tool like JIRA, Confluence and Splunk.
- Knowledge on Vmware, PowerShell scripting and DevOps tools will be an added advantage.
