Key Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate with various departments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Provide information about the company, services, and directions as required.
- Assist with visitor logs, security procedures, and office supplies management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
- 03 years of experience in front desk, receptionist, or administrative roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic office equipment (phone, printer, scanner).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
