Job Description Job Role : US Tax Manager/ US Accounting Manager Experience : 5+ years Job Location : Gurgaon Mode of Work : Full Time Eligibility Criteria : CPA Pursuing, Qualified CPA, EA Pursuing, Qualified EA Description - Prepare and review US tax returns, with a primary focus on the 1040 (individual) and 1120 (corporate) forms. - Conduct thorough reviews of financial documents and records to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations. - Identify tax deductions, credits, and incentives to minimize tax liabilities for individuals and corporations. - Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide proactive tax planning advice. - Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries, provide guidance, and offer tax-related recommendations. - Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and support for tax return preparation and review processes. - Assist with tax audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities as needed. - Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation of all tax-related activities and client interactions. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Graduates from any discipline welcome to apply; expertise in US taxation for 1040 & 1120 forms preferred. - 1-5 years of experience in US taxation, with a focus on preparing and reviewing 1040 and 1120 forms. - In-depth knowledge of US tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities and Proficiency in tax preparation software and MS Office applications. - Job Location - Gurgaon - Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
