About the position We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated SDET to join our Next-Gen AI R&D team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and reliability of our cutting-edge Generative AI applications that will revolutionize our product offerings. You will work with the latest AI models and frameworks, contributing to the core of our intelligent solutions. Responsibilities: ● Experience preferably with a product company. ● Must also have experience in Software testing in the areas of Web-based, Client-Server applications using Manual and Automation testing techniques. ● Proficiency in working with Python Frameworks. ● Coding skills using Python is mandatory. ● API concepts and Automation experience mandate. ● Good experience with Continuous Integration Tools like Jenkins. ● Having knowledge of streaming data concepts. ● Able to execute commands on Unix systems/servers. ● Extensively worked on various Testing types such as Integration, System, Functional, Regression, Sanity, Smoke, User-interface (GUI), Performance Testing, API Testing. ● Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (e.g., Docker) is a plus. ● The mindset to break things. Experience: 5 to 15 Years of experience. Qualifications: Must Have: ● Automation (Coding (API/UI)- Python) ● API Concepts ● Experience with Sql/NoSql Databases ● Basic Unix commands ● CI/CD Pipelines ● Cloud Computing Services (AWS, AZURE, GCP) ● Performance - Jmeter/Locust ● Hands on Git ● Familiarity with Kubernetes Concepts Nice to Have: ● Understanding of Core GenAI concepts such as LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Embedding and Vector Stores, Similarity Search, and RAG. ● Experience with tools for testing and evaluating LLMs (e.g., prompt testing frameworks, bias detection tools). ● Familiarity with MLOps practices and testing within an MLOps pipeline.
