Is responsible for ensuring that floor mats meet defined quality standards and customer expectations throughout the production process key Responsibilities Machine Setup and Operation Set up machines according to specific production requirements Load raw materials e g PVC compound and other necessary components into the machines Operate the machinery ensuring it functions correctly and efficiently Monitor the production process and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications Perform regular inspections and use measurement tools to verify product dimensions Identify and segregate any defective or non-conforming materials Diagnose and resolve issues or malfunctions with the machinery to minimize downtime Perform minor adjustments to machine settings e g temperature speed pressure to maintain product quality and efficiency Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning and lubricating the machines to keep them in good working order Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures Maintain a clean and organized work environment around the machinery Complete production reports and accurately document machine performance output and quality metrics Keep records of raw material consumption and production data Skills and Qualifications Technical Skills Ability to understand and operate PVC Tufting machinery Problem-Solving Skills Aptitude for troubleshooting and resolving mechanical or process issues Attention to Detail Meticulous approach to monitoring and ensuring product quality and consistency Safety Awareness A strong commitment to following safety procedures to prevent accidents Basic Education A high school diploma or equivalent is often required Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Haripad Kerala Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Experience PVC tufting machine 2 years Required Location Haripad Kerala Preferred Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Night Shift Preferred Work Location In person
