Job Title: Content Writer

Shift: 12:00 PM to 09:00 PM IST

Key Responsibilities:

- Research, draft, and publish high-quality content such as blogs, case studies, whitepapers, website copy, product descriptions, newsletters, and social media posts.
- Translate complex technical concepts into simple, compelling, and user-friendly content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to develop content that supports business goals, product launches, and campaigns.
- Write SEO-optimized content to improve search rankings and website traffic.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, style, and messaging across all content channels.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, grammar, and tone alignment.
- Stay updated on the latest tech trends, tools, and competitor strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience (25 years) as a Content Writer / Technical Writer in the IT/Tech industry.
- Strong understanding of Cloud, AI, SaaS, Data, Cybersecurity, or related technologies (preferred).
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with SEO, keyword research, and content optimization tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Yoast).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong research skills and ability to quickly learn new technologies.

Good to Have:

- Experience writing for B2B tech audiences (CXOs, IT leaders, developers).
- Knowledge of WordPress, CMS platforms, and basic HTML.
- Understanding of digital marketing and content distribution strategies.
- Portfolio showcasing published work in the technology domain.
