Job Description Job Role - Recruiter/ Senior Recruiter (US Healthcare Staffing) Work Location - 6th Floor, Ashoka Raghupathi Chambers, Chikoti Garden Rd, beside Prakash Nagar, Old Patigadda, Chikoti Gardens, Metro, Hyderabad, Telangana 500016 Shift Timings - 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST (Work from office only) Experience Required - Minimum 2+ years of experience in US Staffing (Preferably Healthcare) Official website: https://www.protouchstaffing.com/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/protouch-staffing/ Roles & Responsibilities - Recruiting Nurses, Physicians, Therapists, Technicians, Allied Health Professionals, and other healthcare providers in the US region for permanent and contractual positions. - Using the comprehensive job description, source candidates from job portals and internal databases. - Reach out to candidates who fit the criteria via call, Text, email, or LinkedIn. - Also use job postings on employment websites and social media platforms to market the jobs and attract applicants. - Utilize pinpoint screening techniques to identify passive candidates. - Need to be a team player, work closely with team managers, and design recruiting strategies for each job position you work on. - Develop and manage strong consultative relationships with candidates.
