Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a Site Civil Engineer for a full-time position in Coimbatore with food and accommodation. The successful candidate will utilize their expertise to oversee construction sites, ensuring compliance with engineering plans and industry standards. This role requires proficiency in critical software tools and a solid understanding of project management. Join our team to play a vital role in shaping efficient and sustainable infrastructure. Qualifications and Skills - Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D (Mandatory skill) for efficient design and drafting processes. - Experience in construction scheduling (Mandatory skill) to efficiently plan and execute project timelines. - Strong project management skills to oversee all phases of construction and ensure timely completion. - Knowledge of Revit for creating and modifying digital construction models and collaborating with architectural team. - Experience using STAAD.Pro for structural analysis and designing report maintaining safety standards. - Skilled in surveying techniques for accurate site analysis and data collection that supports project requirements. - Proficiency in cost estimation to prepare budgets and forecast expenses with accuracy and reliability. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to effectively collaborate with diverse project stakeholders. Roles and Responsibilities - Oversee and manage site operations to ensure adherence to design specifications and engineering standards. - Prepare and review engineering plans using AutoCAD and Civil 3D, ensuring precision and compliance. - Coordinate with project managers and construction professionals to facilitate efficient project execution. - Conduct site surveys and analyses to inform construction processes, adapt plans, and address on-site challenges. - Assist in preparing cost estimates and tracking budgetary constraints to ensure financial efficiency of projects. - Evaluate and resolve construction issues promptly to maintain project schedules and quality standards. - Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations to safeguard staff and site operations. - Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, challenges, and design changes for future reference.
