We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Front Desk professional to join our team at Andheri Hotel. The ideal candidate should have at least 1-5 years of experience in the job market context of India. The Front Desk professional will be responsible for managing the front desk, attending to guests needs, and ensuring that their stay is as comfortable as possible.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and ensure they are checked in smoothly and efficiently
- Manage front desk operations including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling customer complaints
- Ensure that guests needs are met and that they are satisfied with their stay
- Handle cash and credit card transactions, and balance the cash register at the end of each shift
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that guests requests are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience in the job market context of India
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in cash handling and credit card transactions
- Familiarity with hotel operations and procedures
