Strategic Planning & Brand Building - Analyze brand positioning, audience insights & competitive landscape. - Create quarterly marketing roadmaps & performance benchmarks. - Build brand identity direction in collaboration with design & creative teams. 2. Client Servicing & Communication - Act as the primary relationship owner for key clients. - Lead client meetings, presentations & strategy pitches. - Ensure timely communication, expectation setting, and quality delivery. - Convert client pain-points into actionable tasks for internal teams. 3. Campaign Management - Oversee execution of digital campaigns, content calendars & performance creatives. - Coordinate with video, design, and performance teams. - Review & approve creative deliverables ensuring quality & brand consistency. - Track performance metrics & optimize campaigns. 4. Creative Direction - Provide creative inputs for video storyboarding, shoots, graphics & brand campaigns. - Ensure creative output matches the brand’s storytelling style and business goals. - Guide the team with concepts, scripts, hooks, and visual storytelling. 5. Team Leadership & Operations - Manage and mentor the creative, content & client servicing teams. - Allocate tasks, set timelines, and ensure workflow efficiency. - Maintain high attention to detail in all deliverables. - Oversee documentation, planning, and project tracking. 6. Market Knowledge & Innovation - Stay updated with marketing trends, tools, digital platforms & industry shifts. - Integrate new ideas into strategies to lead client growth. - Bring proactive solutions, not reactive fixes.
