Role Circle Performance and Optimization and Analytics Job Level/ Designation TM- Circle Zonal Engineer Function / Department Technology (Planning & Quality) Location MAH Job Purpose In the highly competitive telecom business, Network Quality is the key differentiator Of customer satisfaction. This role will be accountable for quality and performance of circle and to ensure prompt monitoring and Optimization to deliver superior voice & data experience to customers. Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Network performance analysis through OSS/drive test/crowd sourced data and optimization to improve network quality (4G/VoLTE) & customer experience Perform in-depth analysis of performance E2E KPIs. Propose technology actions to improve performance.- VDCR, HOSR, CSSR, Throughput, CQI at cell level. In-depth knowledge for LAYER strategy and Load balancing Optimization and Analysis of High DCR , Low throughput and CSSR cells. Knowledge of MYCOM Reporting tool and Template preparation.
