Job Description We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Technical Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in ABAP programming and be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing ABAP programs to meet business requirements. Responsibilities - Designing, developing, and maintaining ABAP programs and enhancements in SAP systems. - Collaborating with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Performing unit testing and assisting in system testing and user acceptance testing. - Troubleshooting and debugging existing ABAP programs to resolve issues and improve performance. - Creating technical documentation for developed programs and customizations. - Ensuring compliance with SAP best practices and development standards. Skills and Qualifications - 8-13 years of experience in SAP ABAP development and programming. - Strong knowledge of ABAP programming language and its various components (Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms). - Experience with SAP modules such as FI, MM, SD, or HR. - Familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) in ABAP. - Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Fiori development is a plus. - Experience with performance tuning and debugging of ABAP programs. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
