We re on the hunt for a visionary Creative Lead - Copy who can take charge of our brand s voice and storytelling This role is perfect for a creative wordsmith who thrives on crafting compelling narratives and leading a team to produce standout content across multiple platforms Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop and oversee the brand s tone of voice ensuring consistency across all touchpoints Campaign Ideation Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize and execute impactful campaigns that align with business goals Content Development Write and edit high-quality copy for ads social media websites email campaigns and more Team Management Mentor and lead a team of copywriters providing guidance and ensuring deadlines are met Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with designers marketers and clients to bring ideas to life Market Research Stay updated on industry trends and audience insights to create relevant and engaging content Performance Analysis Evaluate the effectiveness of copy in campaigns and make data-driven improvements Requirements - 5 years of experience in copywriting with at least 2 years in a leadership role - Exceptional writing editing and proofreading skills - Strong conceptual thinking and ability to translate briefs into creative ideas - Proven ability to manage and inspire a team - Experience in digital marketing branding and content creation - Familiarity with SEO principles and performance-driven copy - Excellent communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications - Agency experience is a strong plus - A portfolio showcasing a range of campaigns and content formats ref updazz com
