Who We're Looking For: - ✅ 6-9 years of professional experience in Java backend development. - ✅ Proven experience in a technical leadership or mentorship role. - ✅ Deep expertise in the Spring Framework (especially Spring Boot), Microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs. - ✅ Strong proficiency in core Java, Data Structures, and MySQL. - ✅ A natural problem-solver with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
