Job Description

Reporting to the CEO you will be responsible to:

- Manage and oversee all aspects of the manufacturing facility's operations in Gujarat
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards within the manufacturing industry.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineering and manufacturing professionals.
- Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and deliverables.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all operational processes.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and clients.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Plant Head should have:

- A full time engineering degree and experience in fabrication
- Manufacturing leadership with a scale of atleast INR 300 crores to start with.
