About The Position The selected candidate will: - Work closely with the founder to drive day-to-day operational activities - Lead the execution of techno-commercial activities including partnership discussions, technical demonstrations, product roadmaps & plannings, supplier negotiations etc. - Support in exploring new opportunities to drive the growth - Responsible to managing and establishing coordination among the various teams such as technical, customer support, supply-chain management, manufacturing etc. - Maintain the interfacing for procurements, manufacturing and other activities with the finance team - Plan the execution of new launches, demonstrations and the product trails. Who Can Apply Only those candidates can apply who: - are available for full time (in-office) position and are ready to work from Bengaluru. - can start immediately or within a month - are looking for a long term association with us - have relevant skills, interests and capability to execute the above tasks - should have understanding of various compliances associated with organisational and financial setups Mandatory Skills Should have worked close to a founder or yourself remained a founder for a minimum duration of 1 year. Experience in leading the hardware product teams is a must. The leadership in national/international competitions can be counted. Please specify your role & experience in the cover letter.
