Dear Candidate, We have a requirement for E-Commerce Channel Lead for Isha Life Coimbatore.The Candidate is responsible for driving sales, visibility, and profitability across online marketplaces and brand-owned platforms. The role involves managing channel strategy, optimizing performance, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless execution of ecommerce operations. Please find below the Job details: 1. Channel Strategy & Planning Develop and execute ecommerce channel strategies across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.) and D2C website. Identify channel-specific growth opportunities and seasonal sales plans. Forecast sales and demand based on market trends and promotional calendars. 2. Channel Management Manage day-to-day operations across assigned ecommerce platforms. Ensure product listings, pricing, content, and inventory are accurate and up to date. Maintain strong relationships with marketplace account managers. 3. Performance Optimization Monitor daily sales, traffic, conversion rates, and return rates. Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven optimization tactics. Manage advertising budgets (AMS, Flipkart Ads, etc.) and ROI targets. 4. Marketing & Merchandising Plan and execute promotional campaigns and new product launches online. Collaborate with digital marketing and creative teams for product visibility and conversion optimization. Ensure brand consistency across all ecommerce touchpoints. 5. Operations & Coordination Coordinate with supply chain, finance, and customer service teams for smooth order fulfillment and issue resolution. Manage product availability, pricing parity, and channel margins. Track and manage POs, payments, and returns. 6. Reporting & Insights Generate weekly/monthly sales and performance reports. Present insights and recommendations to management for growth and improvement. Benchmark against competitors and identify emerging trends. Interested candidates please forward your resume.
