We are hiring Experienced Senior & Junior Accountant (US Accounting) needed to join Blackink Business Services. About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Accountant to join our finance team at Blackink Business Services . In this role, you will play a critical part in our financial operations, ensuring accuracy in accounting records, compliance with regulations, and timely financial reporting. If you are a proactive problem solver who loves numbers and wants to grow with a dynamic company, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting: Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). General Ledger: Maintain the general ledger, reviewing entries and account reconciliations (Bank, AR, AP). Compliance: Ensure compliance. Audit Support: Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors and assist in internal audit processes. Analysis: Conduct variance analysis and provide financial insights to management to support decision-making. Mentorship: Guide and review the work of junior accountants and assist in process improvements. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. [CPA / CA / ACCA / CMA] certification is highly preferred. Experience: [2-3+] years of progressive accounting experience. Technical Skills: Proficiency in [QuickBooks, Zoho Books, NetSuite, SAP] and Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Dashboard). Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations. Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
