Job Description 1. Maintain daily accounting records and update ledgers accurately. 2. Handle accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently. 3. Prepare and process invoices, bills, and vouchers. 4. Maintain project-wise accounting. 5. Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow. 6. Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports. 7. Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation. 8. Ensure compliance with taxation laws including GST, TDS, and Income Tax. 9. Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding invoices, payments, and account statements. 10. Maintain accurate data entry and accounting records in Zoho Books, Tally, or other accounting software. 11. Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and financial planning activities. Required Knowledge & Skills 1. 4-6 yrs post experience, preferably in accounts payable. 2. Working knowledge in Zoho and Tally. 3. Experience in non-profit organization is added advantage. 4. Should possess good communication, analytical and presentation skills 5. The candidates having prior experience of having worked in ERP environment will be preferred.
