What you’ll do: · Provides analysis, support and guidance to both internal and external clients on electronic data transfers pertaining to inbound claims processing and outbound encounter submissions, health care Eligibility. · Conducts data analysis, needs assessment, and cost/benefit determination to align EDI strategies with the goals of the organization · Collaborates with business partners to identify and translate business requirements into functional systems requirements The opportunity: · Join a global team critical to operations with extremely high visibility. · Create and develop systems and documents that promote efficient and high-quality processes, enabling effective communication within the organization and with clients Minimum qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant information technology training from an accredited institution · Advanced knowledge of data interpretation and data analysis tools · Knowledge of health plan operations around membership, claims, and encounter data processing · 3+ years of experience with HIPAA transaction standards and encounter data landscape, specifically 834 (Eligibility). · EDIFECS mapping and testing experience is required. · proficiency with SQL is must.
