Join us and act with purpose every day 🧭 Position: Wellness Chef 📍 Location: Ahmedabad 📋 Reports To: Head of Culinary / Wellness Manager / Site Head ✨ Role Summary Lead the creation and preparation of nutritious, delicious, and health-conscious meals that promote wellness and accommodate diverse dietary needs. The Wellness Chef will design innovative menus using fresh, organic ingredients, collaborate with nutrition professionals, and ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation within a wellness-focused environment. 🔑 Key Responsibilities 🍽️ Menu Planning & Development - Design and develop balanced, nutrient-rich menus aligned with wellness principles. - Collaborate with nutritionists/dietitians to accommodate specific dietary requirements such as vegan, gluten-free, low-carb, and allergen-sensitive diets. - Innovate and update recipes based on current wellness and holistic nutrition trends. 👩 🍳 Food Preparation & Cooking - Prepare flavourful meals that promote health and well-being. - Ensure appealing and consistent presentation that reflects the wellness brand. 👥 Kitchen & Team Management - Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards across all kitchen areas. - Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure availability of high-quality ingredients. - Train kitchen staff on wellness cooking techniques and food safety protocols. 🧠 Key Requirements - Minimum 5 years of proven culinary experience, preferably in wellness, health-focused, or hospitality settings. - Exposure of working and supporting celebrities and famous clientele in their wellness journey. - Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience; certification in nutrition or dietetics is a plus. - Strong understanding of dietary restrictions and wellness nutrition principles. - Excellent organizational, communication, and team collaboration skills. - Ability to innovate menus that balance taste and nutrition.
