Mission- As a Cost Leader you will be responsible for implementing cost management strategies and driving cost optimization initiatives within the organization You will collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to identify areas of cost reduction improve efficiency and maximize profitability Additionally you will be accountable for new product development cost calculation and realization ensuring accurate cost estimations and effective cost controls throughout the product lifecycle Your expertise in analyzing financial data conducting market benchmarking and implementing cost-saving measures will be crucial in achieving the company s financial goals -Responsibilities - Take ownership of new product development cost calculation and realization ensuring accurate cost estimations and effective cost controls throughout the product lifecycle - Follow up and proactively challenge the product cost with GSC plants ensuring cost transparency and driving cost optimization initiatives - Lead and animate the cost network to promote cost management methodology and tools fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing among cross-functional teams - Prepare and present reports on star references benchmark cost reduction initiatives and new product development cost to senior management - Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and areas of improvement - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators KPIs to track cost-saving initiatives and evaluate their effectiveness - Stay updated with industry trends new technologies and best practices to drive continuous cost improvement - Educate and train employees on cost management methodologies practices and encourage a cost-conscious culture - Implement and drive design to cost methodology collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize product costs while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction xe8xb5x84xe6xa0xbcRequirements Education experience Soft Skills - Bachelor s degree in finance economics or a related field MBA or relevant certifications are a plus - Proven experience in cost management financial analysis or related roles - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data - Knowledge of cost accounting principles and cost control techniques - Familiarity with procurement processes and supplier management - Excellent negotiation and communication skills - Proficient in using financial software and Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and problem-solving Skills requirements Collaborative comfortable in multifunctional reporting Strategic thinking Change management Agile methodology Capacity to be very operational on request Good communication and leadership skills Language requirements English mandatory - all internal coms written spoken are in English xe6x97xb6xe9x97xb4xe8xa1xa8 xe5x85xa8xe8x81x8c xe8xafxb7xe6xb1x82xe7xbcx96xe5x8fxb7 009CYH
