Job Title Graduate Diploma Engineer Trainee - Furniture Manufacturing Location Bhiwandi Job Type Full-time Entry Level Company Overview Founded in 1998 The Monarch also known as Monarch Enterprises has grown into a comprehensive design solution provider for retail and optical stores across India and globally Our state-of-the-art facility spanning 80 000 square feet at Babosa Industrial Park in Bhiwandi is equipped with the latest machinery and managed by a highly trained team From optical branding to customized optical shop furniture design and cloth shop furniture design in India we specialize in delivering premium retail interiors that blend function with style Whether you re seeking luxury modern optical shop design or modular optical furniture Monarch Company ensures excellence and innovation at every step to meet your store s unique requirements both locally and internationally Job Responsibilities Assist in the production and assembly of furniture components on the shop floor Work closely with the production supervisor to understand machine operations manufacturing processes and quality standards Help in preparing bills of materials BOM job cards and production reports Support in layout planning process optimization and cost-saving initiatives Learn and operate woodworking machinery and tools e g panel saws edge banding CNC machines Conduct basic quality checks during and after the manufacturing process Coordinate with design purchase and dispatch teams for smooth workflow Adhere to safety standards and company policies Required Qualifications Diploma or BE in Mechanical Production Industrial Engineering Wood Technology or related fields Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and tools Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and work on the shop floor Proficiency in MS Office CAD knowledge is an added advantage Preferred Skills Not Mandatory Exposure to AutoCAD or similar design software Internship or project experience in manufacturing or furniture domain Knowledge of lean manufacturing or 5S practices Career Path Selected candidates will be trained across various departments Production Quality Design Planning and may be absorbed in permanent roles such as Production Engineer Quality Inspector or Planning Executive based on performance Salary 18k to 20k Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay 18 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Provident Fund Application Question s Are you comfortable with travelling with bhiwandi location Work Location In person
