Role Responsibilities

2. Communicate with physicians to resolve documentation or coding issues
3. Review and validate medical records for billing accuracy and compliance
4. Assist with coding audits and documentation improvement initiatives

Key Deliverables

1. Ensure accurate, complete, and compliant coding of radiation oncology services
2. Prepare case reports and support timely billing processes
3. Maintain updated knowledge of payer policies and coding standards
4. Train or guide junior coders and coordinate with billing teams as needed
