Job Summary Developer Bazaar Technologies is looking for a skilled and motivated UI & UX Designer with 2+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating engaging and user-friendly digital interfaces, a strong understanding of user experience principles, and the ability to bring creative ideas to life. Key Responsibilities - Design user interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and other digital products. - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand design requirements. - Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design specifications to effectively communicate design ideas. - Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve designs. - Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and deliver an enhanced user experience. - Stay updated with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and industry best practices. - Support the team with design-related tasks and contribute to process improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications - Minimum 2 year of professional experience in UI/UX design. - Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop. - Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and mobile-first approach. - Ability to conduct and analyze user research and usability testing. - Good communication and collaboration skills. - Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. - Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
